Refund policy
When you shop from our online store you have the right to a period of 14 calendar days where you can return your purchases and get fully refund. You do not have to give us any reason but bear in mind you will have to pay for the cost of returning the items.
Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@espaciohurfa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don’t take responsibility for damage made by the courier company during the shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-designs and made to order pieces cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
Since we are a small business with limited stock and campaigns we cannot assure that the products you bought are still in stock.
To discuss the possibility of an exchange please contact us at info@espaciohurfa.com.
In case of an exchange, the shipping should be payed by the buyer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
