Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the European Union, England, and the USA from Portugal and Germany.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed below.

Please note: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping by the courier company.

National Orders, Mainland Portugal – FREE SHIPPING

Via CTT or DPD standard shipping (1 - 4 business days from shipment, depending on your location)

National Orders, Germany – FREE SHIPPING

Via DHL standard shipping (1 - 4 business days from shipment, depending on your location)

Shipping within the European Union – FREE SHIPPING on orders over 300 euros

Via GLS, DHL, or DPD standard shipping (up to one week from shipment, depending on your location)

Euro I: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain – between 1 and 6 working days.
- Small parcel (small wall hangings, hats, clutches, bags, baskets) > 7.5 euros
- Medium parcel (duo wall hangings, cushion covers, baskets) > 9.9 euros
- Large parcel (large wall hangings) > 12.5 euros
Euro II: Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Sweden – between 1 and 6 working days.
- Small parcel (small wall hangings, hats, clutches, bags, baskets) > 9 euros
- Medium parcel (duo wall hangings, cushion covers, baskets) > 11.5 euros
- Large parcel (large wall hangings) > 15 euros
Euro III: Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania – between 2 and 10 working days.
- Small parcel (small wall hangings, hats, clutches, bags, baskets) > 10.5 euros
- Medium parcel (duo wall hangings, cushion covers, baskets) > 13.5 euros
- Large parcel (large wall hangings) > 17.5 euros

Shipping to the UK

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Via GLS, DHL, or DPD standard shipping (up to 10 working days from shipment, depending on your location)

Small parcel (small wall hangings, hats, clutches, bags, baskets) > 15 euros
Medium parcel (duo wall hangings, cushion covers, baskets) > 22 euros
Large parcel (large wall hangings) > 45 euros

International Shipping – USA

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Via GLS, DHL, CTT, or DPD standard shipping (up to 15 working days from shipment, depending on your location)

Small parcel (small wall hangings, hats, clutches, bags, baskets) > 15 euros
Medium parcel (duo wall hangings, cushion covers, baskets) > 30 euros
Large parcel (large wall hangings) > 57 euros

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes (customs) by the recipient country. You will be responsible for these charges. Contact your local post office for more information.

Shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues, system upgrades, or force majeure. We will notify you if any of these situations occur.

If you need your order urgently, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to expedite it (additional fees may apply).

Please note that if the product you ordered is made-to-order, it may take additional time as specified in the product description.

For environmental reasons, if you are purchasing multiple items and one is made-to-order, we suggest waiting until all items are ready to ship together.

Please verify that your contact information, including full name, address, country, phone number, and email, is correct before placing your order.

If you make an error in your delivery address, please email us at info@espaciohurfa.com with details, and we’ll assist you as best as we can.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24-48 hours.

We are not responsible for:

Items not received due to an incorrect address.
Products lost in the mail. If you want to purchase insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping delays.

As a small independent brand, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If any issues arise, we will keep you updated on your order status.
